BRIGHTWORX was founded on the realization that comprehensive, high-quality, timely service had largely disappeared from the Aviation Detailing Industry. These circumstances were created by inefficient scaling of existing industry servicers seeking to maximize revenue while disregarding service standards and workforce development. Our Founders believed the solution was to establish a company with the appropriate culture and values to create a lasting & reliable servicer. Every employee & potential hire is required to embrace & exemplify these traits day in & day out starting with the Founders themselves.
